Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 14 days.
I do ship products on the weekends.
On Holidays I won´t start a shipping process.
I am working alone and the shipping can take between 14 and 42 days. Most of the time your purchased products will be delivered faster, but I cant guarantee a fast shipping due to the overload of work.
During high volume of orders you might even expect delays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
I dont charge for shipping. I guarante a free shipping experience on my website.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once the Product is shipped i will, if applicable, deliver you a tracking link via mail.
Customs, duties, and taxes
I am not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs etc.).
Damages
I am not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or dustin.graban.art@gmail.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and provide photos as proof of the damaged packaging and product.

Return & Exchange Policy

Original art can not be refunded.
We do not accept returns for our products, unless they are damaged while shipping.
Fine art prints or Clothing or products printed by a third party can be returned IF they are damaged or the quality of the print is not high enough or in bad condition. In this case send an email with your regards, and photos of the problem to dustin.graban.art@gmail.com
